This isn’t a facilitator training for a specific modality, as that would be a much longer, more in-depth training. (See my 12 months mentorship program for learning about my facilitation modalities.)

Genevieve has been facilitating in-person conscious group spaces since 2018 – from Connecticut, to Seattle, to Los Angeles, to Austin, to Boulder, to Lake Atitlan Guatemala, and Nosara Costa Rica.
From 60+ attendee workshops, to 100+ attendee cacao ceremonies, to intimate women’s circles, to large group kirtans and song circles, to small group medicine ceremonies, to multi-day retreats, even now beginning to perform at festivals!
Genevieve went from being a facilitator’s worst nightmare as a participant, because she would examine every detail and be hypervigilant for dropped presence or inauthenticity or a moment of not adequately holding someone’s trauma…
To allowing that to be a gift, becoming a very attuned facilitator herself, learning how to meet even the more anxious people in the room, without sacrificing the transformative impact of the experience…

the arc of alchemy
How to create an arc of alchemy that allows for real transformation to occur in your workshop, where the participants feel truly impacted in a beautiful and empowering way.
energetic container
How to create and set an energetic container to hold the energy and transformation of the group so that you don't feel drained and instead feel capacity and lit up!
trauma-informed
(Trauma-informed does not mean experienced in trauma healing.) It means that you are giving enough sovereignty and choice so that people at varying levels of nervous system regulation feel met and safe.
And it means that you are checking yourself and not taking advantage of others' lack of self-empowerment.
sacred ritual
We will have a special Earth Day ritual to bless all of our dharmic work moving forward for the benefit of all beings, and you will learn about simple (and powerful) land prayers!
authentic facilitation
Learn about some very common misconceptions of new facilitators so that you remain authentic, grounded, present, and how to return to that space whenever needed.
You will also receive a detailed PDF guidebook that covers all the topics you learn in this training!

This will be a fun, playful, sacred, reverent, experiential training! You won't just be listening to teachings, you will be guided through different practices in serious and playful ways to prepare yourself to lead!

The weekend training is during the days on Saturday and Sunday.
We are scheduled from 11am – 5pm on Saturday, and 11am – 6pm on Sunday,
with a lunch break from about 1:30-2:30pm on both days.
Sunday is longer to allow time for a closing land prayer ritual to bless our dharmic offerings moving forward!
Accommodations and food are not included to allow for varying needs
and desires of participants, and greater financial accessibility.

about Genevieve Ayala
Genevieve Ayala is trained and experienced in soul journeys, energetic healing, alchemical rituals, and sacred ceremony space.
In Mayan cosmology, Genevieve is 6 Kame, which means death, or one who walks between worlds. In their view, Kame is actually a very beneficial sign, as it is one who speaks with the ancestors and facilitates others through rebirth. And the 6 is someone connected to the four elements and the hearts of both earth and sky.
It makes sense that she has been studying and immersed in sacred feminine ritual practices in the states and internationally for the last 9 years, and holding transformational containers and mentorship for the last 7 years.
She is a ceremonial musician and kirtanista, and is forever a student of ancient and emergent feminine wisdom.
She has lived and learned in places like Lake Atitlan Guatemala, Costa Rica, Thailand, Tanzania, Kenya, vanlife in the Southwest US, Seattle WA, Austin TX, and most recently Boulder CO and Connecticut, her home state!
She believes that to heal is to hold everything in the alchemy of love.
Her top intention and passion is supporting women to feel more empowered as the healer and creator of their own lives.

Genevieve facilitates subconscious rewiring, inner child healing, acute & chronic trauma healing, alchemizing past life and lineage karma, shadow work, sacred earth rituals, plant medicine ceremonies, voice activations, somatic regulation, conscious mindset rewiring, and energetic alignment.
She learned these techniques and ancient wisdom through her own transformative life journey – healing her childhood traumas from a religious cult and rewiring the programming from her career as a social justice and government lawyer.
